On 6 August 6048 the Seventh Doctor and Ace visited Heritage. They found that Melanie Bush had been killed there before they arrived. (PROSE: Heritage) This was part of the Council of Eight's plan to eliminate the Doctor's companions. Their efforts may have been undone when the Eighth Doctor defeated the council.
