Actinon was a primitive planet inhabited by a barbaric, Humanoid species. The Sixth Doctor and Frobisher travelled there. Frobisher took on the appearance of a barbarian to blend in. A Draconian called Kaon crashed on the planet. He created his own domain by taking land from Vegar the Vengeful. (COMIC: War-Game)
