Aldebaran II was the second planet from the star Aldebaran, approximately 65 light years from Sol. It was about the same size as Venus. One of the native life forms there was the desert-dwelling crab-clawed Kamelius. The cactus pulp eaten by the inhabitants is usually disgusting to outsiders. The Doctor visited Aldebaran II a few years ago. (BBCR: The Paradise of Death)
