Colonel Alex Storm, originally Alexei Stomorov, was a soldier for hire.
Before the Myloki war, he was a career criminal and hitman. He was recruited into PRISM by Colonel LeBlanc whilst languishing in a Polish jail, and promised all the killing he wanted. Neville Verdana loathed him as a "bottom feeder" unfit to be there. When PRISM went underground as SILHOET, he became the right-hand man of Commander Hal Bishop.
Storm was killed by Karl Taylor. (PROSE: The Indestructible Man)
