The Empress Alexandra was the wife of Tsar Nicholas II and the Tsarina of Russia in the early 20th century. (PROSE: The Wages of Sin) When Charlotte Pollard said to the Eighth Doctor, "you might just be the oddest man I ever met", the Doctor said that was exactly what the Empress Alexandra said about the Doctor soon after his train journey to Petrograd with Lenin. He also said that Alexandra enjoyed playing games. (AUDIO: Storm Warning)
