Biography Edit

Research base Edit

Hart was initially the chief of security of the United System Research Base under Peter Cartwright. He had disdain for Dr. Rutherford, refused to call her by her title, and worked with Rodney Mellors to destroy a project she was working on. He first met the Eleventh Doctor, Alice Obiefune, and John Jones when TARDIS landed on the space station and he ordered security to kill them if they resisted his orders. Under the guise of the psychic paper, Hart believed the Doctor to be an inspector who had come to investigate the mysterious comas that had befallen several of the crew. He brought the Doctor to Dr. Rutherford to simultaneously frame her and distract the Doctor from what was really going on at the base, but the Doctor enraged Hart by uncuffing Dr. Rutherford and exclaiming that he knew what Hart was trying to do. (COMIC: Whodunnit?)

Rokhandi World Edit

Ten years later (COMIC: The Sound of Our Voices) Hart met the Doctor and Alice for a second time and had been demoted to a chief security officer on Rokhandi World. He held a grudge against the Doctor due to their previous encounter, not realizing that the Doctor and Alice had not yet met him in their timestreams. In revenge he attempted to feed the Doctor and Alice to a piece of the Entity housed in the theme park. After the Doctor defeated the sliver of the Entity, the people that Hart fed to the Entity began to turn on him and he ran away from them with a vow to kill the Doctor for what he'd done. (COMIC: The Friendly Place)
