Bacon
Bacon frying

Bacon fried by Amelia Pond. (TV: The Eleventh Hour)

Bacon was a meat originating on Earth made from pigs. It was often a component of a sandwich. The Tenth Doctor destroyed a Glutonoid with a toxic mixture flavoured with, among other things, bacon. (COMIC: The Glutonoid Menace)

Bacon was a frequent breakfast food, usually eaten with eggs and/or toast. (AUDIO: Project: Lazarus) Walker ordered a breakfast of eggs, bacon, toast, coffee, and rough-cut marmalade. (TV: The Sea Devils) The Seventh Doctor cooked a breakfast of fried eggs, bacon, sausages and fried potato slices for Justine and Vincent Wheaton at Smithwood Manor. (PROSE: Cat's Cradle: Warhead)

The food machine on board the TARDIS could produce bacon-and-egg flavoured food blocks through the code J26/L6. Whilst Barbara and Ian were unsure at first due to their unfamiliarity with this method of eating they enjoyed their meal, though Ian remarked that the bacon was "a bit salty". (TV: The Dead Planet) Vicki later used the machine to create a substance that tasted like bacon and eggs adorned with brown sauce. (AUDIO: 1963)

When the newly regenerated Eleventh Doctor demanded Amelia Pond "fry something" for him, and she made him a plate of bacon. He began eating but spat it out in disgust, asking Amelia if she were trying to poison him. (TV: The Eleventh Hour)

Bacon in a sandwich

Whilst on Earth in 1963, Ace ordered four bacon sandwiches during the Shoreditch Incident. (TV: Remembrance of the Daleks) The Fourth Doctor enjoyed "marmalade and bacon in a sandwich squashed together just so" during his stay at Nest Cottage. (AUDIO: The Stuff of Nightmares) Jack Harkness used a time store to save bacon sandwiches for a "year or two." (AUDIO: Golden Age) Rory made Amy a bacon sandwich for her interview with Chrissie Allen. (PROSE: Summer Falls and Other Stories)
