Balancer Skaarsgard

Balancer Skaarsgard was concerned in maintaining the balance of Isenfel. He wanted to keep the equilibrium. He had many equipments that showed it. He cared for Pik Solus after the crash but killed him to maintain the equilibrium. He later tried to kill four servants to maintain the equilibrium when the Fifth Doctor, Nyssa, Tegan Jovanka and Turlough visited Isenfel. He told the Doctor about the process that they follow for equilibrium. He was an avatar for a set of equipment under the castle. He was created in the image of Viktor Skaarsgard. (AUDIO: Equilibrium)
