Banksy was the owner of a Cardiff nightclub called Nightspot. In 2007, he let Carys Fletcher into Nightspot because she kissed him. He later watched Carys and Matt Stevens have sex on CCTV and witnessed Matt being absorbed by Carys. He dialled 999 and Torchwood Three investigated. (TV: Day One)
