Battle Cardinal

Battle Cardinals were the handlers of the original twelve War TARDISes created for the Vampire Wars. The Battle Cardinals began as serene academics, but their TARDISes' self-preservation instinct influenced their personalities until they became bloodthirsty warriors, convinced that the costly fleet of War TARDISes needed to be maintained.
