Bernard Faversham

Bernard Faversham was the sole police constable in Dartmoor. He was called to the wharf when Ben Tolliver's body was found, and later told Sir Alexander Cromwell that Miss Bellaver's corpse had been taken from the graveyard. (PROSE: Evolution)
