Bernard Wilkie (27 March 1920-3 May 2002) was the visual effects designer on six Doctor Who stories during the Second and Third Doctor's eras. He also worked on a number of other notable BBC series, including Monty Python's Flying Circus, Quatermass and the Pit and Quatermass II (in which he also had a small uncredited role).
