Near the end of the Year That Never Was, Martha Jones and Thomas Milligan planned to stay overnight in slave quarters there whilst on their way to a North London UNIT base. Martha found a chance to tell her story about the Tenth Doctor before she was interrupted by the Saxon Master, who came to find her. Tom tried to protect Martha, but was shot and killed by the Master, who proceeded to take Martha to the Valiant.
