Bhaki was chieftain of the Tuareg tribesmen in the Sahara Desert. After his men escorted the Twelfth Doctor and Field Marshal Rommel to him, in 1941, Bhaki introduced the Doctor and Rommel to the Tuareg's newest allies, the Sontarans. (COMIC: The Instruments of War)
