Breakfast at Tiffany's was a Hollywood film of the 20th century which starred Audrey Hepburn. It was filmed in 1961 and was directed by Blake Edwards. Accordingly, she rummaged through the TARDIS wardrobe in an effort to find suitably glamorous attire for the location, without realising that he had meant the Tiffany's on the planet Arkon.
