Burt Kwouk (born 18th July 1930) played Lin Futu in Four to Doomsday and Doctor Hayashi in Loups-Garoux. Outside Doctor Who, he is perhaps best known for playing Cato, Inspector Closeau's manservant in most of the original Pink Panther films of the 1960s and 1970s opposite Peter Sellers. Kwouk also had a notable role in the James Bond film Goldfinger which also featured Honor Blackman.
