Burt Kwouk (born 18 July 1930) played Lin Futu in the Doctor Who story Four to Doomsday and Doctor Hayashi in the Big Finish Productions audio story Loups-Garoux.
Outside Doctor Who, he is perhaps best known for playing Cato, Inspector Closeau's manservant, in most of the original Pink Panther films of the 1960s and 1970s opposite Peter Sellers.
Kwouk also had a notable role in the James Bond film Goldfinger which also featured Honor Blackman. He was Commandant Yamauchi in the BBC's POW drama Tenko, appearing alongside Louise Jameson and Jeananne Crowley.
