Candy floss

Candy floss was among things served from an ice cream truck that crossed Maria Jackson when she was transported to 13 July 1964 to save Sarah Jane Smith. (TV: Whatever Happened to Sarah Jane?)

Candy floss was served at the Pleasure Beach in Blackpool. Peri Brown offered some to the Sixth Doctor, who doubted that it was edible, but found that he enjoyed it, calling it "the triumph of volume over mass taken to its logical conclusion." (PROSE: The Nightmare Fair/AUDIO: The Nightmare Fair) Clara Oswald convinced the Twelfth Doctor to take her to Blackpool by telling him there would be candy floss. (PROSE: All the Empty Towers)

Candy floss was also served at WendiWorld. Its name in Afrikaans was "spookasem". (PROSE: Spookasem)

When trying out the food machine in the guest suite aboard the Doctor's TARDIS, Chris Parsons set the dials to K12 and was served with a something that looked like a white-coloured Mars Bar, but tasted like steak and candy floss. (PROSE: Shada)

The Eleventh Doctor acquired a large stick of yellow candy floss at the Galactic Fair on Stanalan. It stuck to his chin and looked like a wispy yellow beard. (PROSE: Death Riders)
