Carpanthan (language)

The Carpanthans had a language. The Third Doctor tried to identify it by getting the right frequency but failed because of the interference the Monitor caused. When the Doctor and Liz Shaw met the Carpanthans they used English as they claimed to understand every language due to their high intelligence. (COMIC: The Fishmen of Carpantha)
