DC Carpenter was a female police officer in London.
In November 2016, she and DC Turner responded to Constantine Oliver's request to stop intruders to the Shoreditch property he was developing. In the house, they arrested and handcuffed Andrea Quill, who was with Ram Singh and April MacLean. Upon hearing noises upstairs, DC Carpenter went up, found Charlie Smith and Matteusz Andrzejewski cocooned in spiderwebs and freed them. Due to the female bone spider's interference, however, she failed to find Tanya Adeola in the house.
Following a tip from Ram about Miss Quill's knives, DC Carpenter instructed DC Turner to charge Miss Quill with possession of dangerous weapons. (PROSE: The Stone House)
