"Chances" was a song by Athlete which appeared on the soundtrack of the Doctor Who episode Vincent and the Doctor. It underscored Vincent van Gogh's exploration of the 2010 exhibition of his work at the Musée d'Orsay. The song was not credited upon original transmission of the episode.
As the song was incidental music, rather than something which was played within the narrative of the episode — like, for example, "Toxic" in The End of the World — it cannot be assumed to actually be a part of the Doctor Who universe.
