Charlie (Goodwill Toward Men)

Charlie was a homeless man, living in Los Angeles. He was a struggling, single father to a young boy called Joe. At Christmas, a desperate Charlie contemplated robbing the Los Angeles Midnight Mission to give his son a proper Christmas. However, he was talked out of descending into a life of crime by the Second Doctor, and he and Joe later became volunteers. (PROSE: Goodwill Toward Men)
