Chief Sea Devil, or Chief Sea-Devil, was a title given the leader of a given group of Sea Devils.
One Chief Sea Devil was the leader of a group of pirate Sea Devils, who became active once again as early as the 16th century. He was a zealot, acting on his own authority, who wanted to use the Keystone to flood all land areas as a means of destroying humanity. (TV: Legend of the Sea Devils)
A Chief Sea Devil was in charge of the colony of Sea Devils with whom the Master made a pact during his imprisonment by UNIT. (TV: The Sea Devils) According to one account, he was killed by Myers some time before the destruction of the colony, leading to another Sea Devil immediately taking over as Chief Sea-Devil.
