Chloe was the android assistant of the Eighth Doctor who tried to kill him. She had the voice of Lucie Miller. This was staged so that she could pilot the Doctor's TARDIS. She was later captured by the rebels and reprogrammed, leading her to kill the Mercurial guards and attempt to sabotage the facility. (AUDIO: Prisoner of the Sun)
