Claire Skinner (born 1965) played Madge Arwell in the Doctor Who television story The Doctor, the Widow and the Wardrobe. She is undoubtedly most recgonised in for playing Sue, the mum in the BBC comedy Outnumbered.
Claire is the wife of Charles Palmer and the daughter-in-law of Geoffrey Palmer.
