Cornelius was a member of the Forge and said to Jo Grant that he was seconded to UNIT. He took the Seventh Doctor and Jo to Delphin Isle. The Doctor thought he was wearing makeup. He tried to kill Jo. He was infected by the Europans. (AUDIO: The Defectors)
