Cryotosis Podlets were small containers filled with chemicals. They induced a death-like state in those who came in contact with them. The Eleventh Doctor gave Canton enough of these to help gather the rest of his companions during their quest to learn about the Silence. Canton used them as bullets to trick his fellow agents into thinking he killed Amy and Rory. (TV: Day of the Moon)
