- During the regeneration scene in The End of Time, when the TARDIS exploded Matt Smith nearly swallowed some TARDIS dust – if you look closely at the scene, you'll see him spit it out.
- David Tennant found it "curious" to see Matt Smith walk into the TARDIS wearing his suit!
