Dalek Controller

From TARDIS Index File, the free Doctor Who reference.

The Dalek Controller was a rank in the Dalek civilisations in which the Dalek designated as Controller was in charge of a major Dalek operation.

In 1930, when the Cult of Skaro created an army of Dalek-Humans in New York City on Earth, Dalek Caan was designated Dalek Controller (which was originally to be Dalek Sec's position), becoming linked with and taking control of the new army. (DW: Evolution of the Daleks)

As Controller, Caan became connected with the Cult's military computer, which may mean that the Dalek Controllers and the Dalek battle computers have some connection.

The Daleks, having conquered Earth in alternate timeline, used a Controller as their collaborator. (DW: Day of the Daleks)

The Controller of the Game Station in 200,100, though not a Dalek herself, was under their control, making sure any contestants that lost were transported to the Daleks to become Daleks. (DW: Bad Wolf)

Dalek Controllers were not of a high authority, unlike the Cyber-Controllers, which were the supreme leaders of the Cybermen.
