Dave Chapman (born 17th July 1951) provided Dalek voices in The Curse of Fatal Death. He also voiced "Otis the Aardvark" on To Me and, as of 2009, voices "Windy" in Space Pirates.
Chapman began his career in behind-the-scenes technical positions, before first appearing in front of the camera as while serving Anneka Rice's sound engineer on Challenge Anneka. His career has continued on both sides of the camera.
