David Lloyd is a comic artist best known for his collaboration with Alan Moore in creating the graphic novel V for Vendetta. In the Doctor Who realm, he was the artist on several Doctor Who Magazine back-up comics stories.
He collaborated with Moore on five of these stories: Black Legacy, 4-D War, Black Sun Rising, Star Death, and Business As Usual.
