Notes Edit

  • Included with the CD was a booklet that contained a brief message from Murray Gold, as well as lyrics to "Abigail's Song (Silence Is All You Know)" which was sung by Katherine Jenkins. The booklet also featured pictures of A Christmas Carol, including Abigail singing next to the Eleventh Doctor, and both versions of Kazran Sardick, an image of Abigail, and an shot of the Doctor standing and looking out of Kazran'a window.
