Dondequest was the Chancellor on an alternative Gallifrey. She told Romana about the death of her husband Andred. She wanted to make Leela the president of Gallifrey.
On her alternate Gallifrey, where regenerations could be bought and sold, she was greedy for more lives and had Narvin's regenerations extracted as a form of torture and to take some for herself.
