History of Egypt

BC

Around 5000 BC, the Osirans visited Egypt during their battle with Sutekh and were worshipped as gods. (TV: Pyramids of Mars) One Osiran, Thoueris, attempted to capitalise on this by demanding tributes from the natives, and feeding those who did not comply to crocodiles. She was later defeated and killed by crocodiles under the Eighth Doctor's control. (COMIC: The Power of Thoueris!) Khnum may have been a Dæmon or a race memory of one. (TV: The Dæmons)

Circa 3500 BC, Sontaran Field Major Styx arrived in Egypt, where he was briefly worshipped as the god Sontar before being entombed. (COMIC: The Gods Walk Among Us)

Circa 2650 BC, the First Doctor was pursued by the Daleks and the Monk to Egypt, during the construction of a pyramid. (TV: The Daleks' Master Plan)

Circa 2000 BC, Nyssa was sealed in an Egyptian sarcophagus. (PROSE: The Sands of Time)

Circa 1400 BC, the Fifth Doctor and Peri saved Egypt from an alien threat, and were joined on their travels by Erimem. (AUDIO: The Eye of the Scorpion)

In 1334 BC, the Eleventh Doctor stopped what he described as a "weapons bearing giant alien locust attack" in ancient Egypt. He met Queen Nefertiti during this adventure. She was attracted to the Doctor, and travelled with him along with Riddell, Amy Pond, Rory Williams, and Brian Williams, to the Silurian Ark in 2367 (TV: Dinosaurs on a Spaceship)

The Second Doctor, Ben Jackson and Polly visited Egypt, where Ben pretended to be Tut-Ankh-Amen and frightened off some grave-robbers. (PROSE: The King of Golden Death)

Between 2007 and 2009, Donna Noble went to Egypt for two weeks in a failed attempt to bring excitement to her life after her encounter with the Tenth Doctor. Captivated by the idea of walking through Egyptian sand, she planned to go barefoot, but her disappointment with the country led her to abandon this idea.
