Elric Chandler was a police officer in the employ of Josiah W. Dogbolter.
Chandler captured Frobisher. Chandler went to retrieve "the something" from Frobisher's office. He planned to use it against Dogbolter. At the office, Chandler found Frobisher and Alicia Mulholland. He threatened them in an attempt to have them help him. However, he was killed by a smart bomb in the form of a mazuma. Dogbolter had used it after Chandler reached the end of his profitability.
