Emma was a professional swimmer when she was training for the Globe Games at BASE. She was ripped apart by a Rutan who took her appearance. (NSA: The Sontaran Games)

The unnamed Rutan arrived on Earth and killed Emma, an athlete in the Globe Games, before taking her appearance. It teamed up with The Doctor and helped to defeat the Sontarans from the 12th Sontaran Battle Fleet who came to Earth. The Rutan ended up being shot by Sonataran General Stenx.
