Epcot

Epcot was a theme park. Donna Noble thought she was at the tourist attraction when, in Pompeii in August 79, she read signs written in Latin that appeared to her in English. (TV: The Fires of Pompeii)

Though it's possible that a real world location doesn't exist in the same geographic space in the Doctor Who universe, such cases are few and far between. Thus, the map at right is probably a good indicator of the DWU location of Epcot.
