Eric was a vampire in Manchester. He was part of the group that Ruath brought to Croatia in 1994 to free the entombed Yarven. When he was captured by the Fifth Doctor in Tasmania, Yarven mentally forced Eric to kill himself to prevent him from revealing Ruath and Yarven's plans. (PROSE: Goth Opera)
