Taal-Iis Esstar was an Ice Warrior.
She was of a pacifist caste. She went with Abbot Aklaar on his pilgrimage to take the Sword of Tuburr to the Martian North Pole and break it, symbolising a rejection of their warrior nature.
She was betrothed to Cleece, but was in love with Sstaal G'Hur-Tiis. When she discovered she was pregnant with Sstaal's children, she requested a Fass-jul-Aqq to break the betrothal. Sstaal eventually killed the traitorous Cleece and wedded Esstar. (PROSE: GodEngine)
