Faraway was a planet in a barren region of the formative continuum, in the "proto-form" days of the universe. It was outside the range of most Homeworld timeships.
In the Faraway Declaration, the Head of the Presidency identified Faraway as the location given to him by the future War King as the home of the enemy, although there was no mention of this in the War King's Closed Session with the ruling Houses, or, indeed, any mention of this planet recorded prior to the Faraway Declaration. The President left with his retinue to establish a Homeworld colony on Faraway; six days later, his severed head returned to the Hall of Assembly with the First Message from the Enemy in its mouth.
