Fewsham was Assistant Controller of T-Mat Moonbase under Osgood. When the base was taken over by Ice Warriors, they ordered him to repair the damage Osgood had done to T-Mat. At first he cooperated with the invaders out of fear, but later redeemed himself by revealing the Ice Warriors' homing signal to T-Mat Earth Control, although they killed him when they found out his betrayal.
