An alien infiltrated the Galerie d'Art de Parisiennes at its grand reopening and kidnapped several people into the paintings. It then tried to drain the life of those it captured.

Its first victim was Lucien, one of the owners of the gallery. A while later, the creature took Isabelle into the painting world. It then kidnapped two more people.

When the Twelfth Doctor investigated Isabelle's disappearance, the creature pulled him into Bridge over a Pond of Water Lilies. The creature then emerged from the water and began chasing the Doctor through several paintings. It cornered the Doctor with the other victims in an empty room. The Doctor then used a pen to draw a doorway out of the painting and escaped with the victims. The creature attempted to follow, but the Doctor used his sonic screwdriver to trap it in the painting for a couple of minutes.

While the creature was stuck, the Doctor went to a part of the gallery that was still being renovated and borrowed a bucket of white paint. As the creature reawakened and began reaching towards the Doctor, he threw the paint at it, trapping it in the painting for eternity. The guests at the gallery loved the painting. (COMIC: Gallery)
