An attendant worked for Madame Tussauds wax museum, guiding guests and answering their questions.
In the 1970s, the Third Doctor and Liz Shaw visited the museum's hall of world leaders, and posed a few questions to the attendant. He assured them that new figures were being brought in all of the time and the tableau would never be complete.
