Blanche (Victory of the Daleks)

Blanche was a woman who served Winston Churchill and the British government in 1941. She was one of a select number of people who knew of the Daleks. The day after the Daleks were stopped, she comforted Lilian Breen when news came that her boyfriend had been killed in an attack over the channel. (TV: Victory of the Daleks)
