Blind man's buff was a children's game in which one person was blindfolded and had to find the other participants.

On Earth in 2013, the Eleventh Doctor, who was tricked into playing the game by Artie and Angie Maitland so that they could escape their house for the cinema, was "pretty sure it was in the rules" that they had to tell him whether he was "getting warm". The children of Christmas, a town on Trenzalore, played blind man's buff. Three hundred years into the Siege of Trenzalore, Barnable was blindfolded in a game of blind man's buff and attempted to find the other players, only to accidentally discover the wooden Cyberman.
