Tallulah, a blonde (TV: Daleks in Manhattan)

Blonde, sometimes spelt blond, was a hair colour. Several of the Doctor's companions were blonde, such as Polly Wright, (TV: The War Machines) Jo Grant, (TV: Terror of the Autons) Rose Tyler, (TV: Father's Day) Chris Cwej (PROSE: Original Sin) and Romana II. (TV: Destiny of the Daleks) After the Thousand Year War, all Thals had blonde hair. (TV: The Daleks, Planet of the Daleks) Karfelon androids were also all blonde. (TV: Timelash) The Moment had blonde hair whilst assuming the form of Rose Tyler, the "Bad Wolf girl". (PROSE: The Day of the Doctor, TV: The Day of the Doctor)

Three incarnations of the Doctor had blonde hair, specifically the Fifth, Sixth and Thirteenth Doctors. (TV: Logopolis, The Caves of Androzani, Twice Upon a Time)

Margaret Blaine was blonde, as Blon Fel-Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen was reminded by another Slitheen over a mix-up as to whose skin suit belonged to who. (TV: World War Three)

Following their encounter at Earth Death, Lady Cassandra O'Brien.Δ17 identified Rose Tyler as "that dirty blonde assassin". (TV: New Earth)

When Martha Jones asked the Tenth Doctor whether or not he "just [got] bored of us" and abandoned his companions after a while, Jack Harkness, bitter about being abandoned on Satellite Five, replied, "Not if you're blonde", referring to Rose Tyler. Martha was both annoyed and unsurprised to learn this. (TV: Utopia) Donna Noble also commented to Rose that "blonde may work on the men but it won't work on me." (TV: Turn Left)

Upon reuniting with Jack in Cardiff, Captain John Hart was disappointed to find that his Torchwood Three team had no blondes, telling him that they needed a blonde. (TV: Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang)

"Blonde" was also used as an insult to indicate stupidity. Esther Drummond was once asked, "How blonde are you?" when she attempted to leave the San Pedro Overflow Camp during a lockdown. (TV: The Middle Men)

A blonde girl was born on 15 August 1948 on the Earth of a bottle universe. (PROSE: Dead Romance)
