Brandon's Information Solutions (TV: The Lodger)
Brandon's Information Solutions, or BIS, was a company that had an office and call centre in Colchester. Craig Owens and Sophie were both employed here. They had a boss called Michael.
One day in 2010, the Eleventh Doctor filled in for Craig at the call centre, when he was sick in bed. Michael said he was brilliant at the planning meeting. (TV: The Lodger)
