The crew room was located within Fang Rock lighthouse. It was a social gathering area. The Fourth Doctor and Leela were taken there when they visited the lighthouse in the 1900s. Vince Hawkins found some clothes for Leela to change in to, which she donned in the room as Hawkins averted his eyes. She was then given some food.
When their steam yacht crashed on Fang Rock, Henry Palmerdale, James Skinsale, Adelaide Lessage and Harker were brought to the crew room. Lessage was killed there by a Rutan scout. (TV: Horror of Fang Rock)
