An Arcadian representative was a businessman from Earth employed by Arcadian Independent Traders.
Biography[]
The representative was not "a knight in shining pinstripes" but an arms dealer looking to "free" the Smart Bombs by sending them through a foldaway teleportal to planet Zlaow to destroy it. The Tenth Doctor sabotaged his anti-gravity umbrella and sent him through the portal to be stranded on the very planet he sought to destroy.
As a representative of Arcadian Independent Traders, he had a whole bag of tricks to play with, including his anti-gravitational umbrella (capable of transporting some considerable weight), a butterfly-like calling card and a foldaway teleportal device (a gateway to traverse distance).
