Biography[]
Kariel demanded the TARDIS technician Plutar repair his TARDIS. When Plutar asked Kariel what the trouble was, he was told "Oh, I don't know! Beneath my dignity to look! You're the machine-man — you can find out!" and promptly threw Plutar the key.
When Kairel's TARDIS suddenly appeared in the hypnotic image of a circus, Plutar rushed out and insisted him to get some soldiers to shoot at him. When Plutar came up with a plan to arrest Sillarc before he could return the TARDIS to his own ship, Kairel congratulated Plutar on his initiative, and suggested that he reapply to the Time Lord Academy and get a new assessment.
